Moving into The Next Level
In the last week or so, several of our guys have moved into their college dorms. These guys are a great example of how hard work, dedication and playing the game the right way will benefit you in the long run. Classes are starting and baseball (if it hasn’t started already) won’t be far behind. Best of luck, fellas! We are so proud of you and excited to follow your college baseball careers!
U17 (2023)
OI U18 take down the Chillicothe Colts, 14-6
Ethan Wendt drove in three runs. Russ (Gil) Wight, Will Furry and Brody Shrimplin all had multiple hits and RBI to lead the potent offense. Dane Sparks gets the win.
U18 (2023)
OI U18 shuts out Central Ohio All-Stars
Elliott Schmidt pitches a complete game with 8 strikeouts to earn the victory. Ethan Wendt had the walk-off bases clearing double to finish it off. Wendt and Gil Wight both had multiple hits in the game to lead the offense.
U13 (2023)
OI U13 makes the finals in Athens
Congratulations to the U13 team for being a finalist in the Athens Throw Down. This group of boys have made great strides in their baseball abilities and knowledge of the game.
