The Ohio Independence (OI) Baseball Academy has been in existence since 2012. The OI Academy is based on the principle of hard work and practice, practice, practice. As we like to say, you either get worse or you get better. And if you don’t get better, you will get worse.
While our teams are certainly a success when measured in terms of wins and losses, we like to measure our success based on player development. We believe it is most important to learn the fundamentals of the game, and because of that emphasis, our player development is like no other.
