The OI Scout Team is a combination of players in the 2024 and 2025 graduating class who have a strong desire to play college baseball. Everything about this team will be geared toward preparing players to reach the next level.
The staff will be comprised of coaches with college experience in all facets of the game and will teach the players how to be successful not only physically, but mentally and emotionally as well. We will assist players in the recruiting process by helping them identify target schools that are a good fit academically and athletically. Through our reputation and relationship with college coaches, we will help place the players in the best possible environment.
The Scout Team is not for everyone. It takes a player who is focused and determined to get better everyday. It takes a player that is able to make the most of his time and balance baseball with school and other responsibilities. It takes a player that is willing to make sacrifices to achieve his goal of playing college baseball. It takes a player that is not afraid to compete for a position or spot in the lineup.
